New Edition is heading back on the road in 2026, and this time, they’re bringing along some serious R&B firepower.
According to The New York Post, the legendary group just announced the New Edition Way Tour, set to kick off in January with Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton joining as special guests.
The collaboration marks the first time these acts have shared a stage on a full nationwide run. After wrapping a successful Las Vegas residency in 2025, New Edition is aiming to level up.
“This is history,” Boyz II Men wrote on Instagram. “Here’s the vision. All three of us on the same stage every night. Not taking turns. Actually performing together… an original music experience.”
The lineup guarantees a setlist packed with classics. New Edition staples like "Candy Girl," "Can You Stand the Rain," and "If It Isn’t Love" will be paired with Boyz II Men ballads such as "End of the Road" and "On Bended Knee." Add in Toni Braxton’s "Un-Break My Heart" and "He Wasn’t Man Enough," and fans are in for a night stacked with some of R&B’s most iconic records.
The tour comes shortly after Boston honored New Edition with “New Edition Day” and renamed a stretch of Roxbury’s Dearborn Street as “New Edition Way.” It’s fitting that the group’s next chapter carries that same name, signaling their roots while celebrating over four decades of influence.
Tickets officially go on sale Friday, October 31.
