Rick Ross and Freeway Ricky Ross are still taking shots at each other.
On Sunday, 2Cool2Blog posted a vlog of YouTuber Peaks100 meeting boxer Ra-leek Born. When Born introduced Peaks to his manager, who happens to be Freeway, Peaks asked, “You the real Ricky Rozay?” referring to one of Ross.
“Ross. Rozay sound gay,” the former drug dealer replied. “And I ain't fat either,” he added, pulling up his shirt to show his belly.
Freeway’s remarks were a clear dig at Ross, who later jumped into 2Cool2Blog’s comments, writing, “The gangsta informant still lerks @freewayricky!! Go put on a suit peon.”
The two have been beefing for some time. Last summer, Freeway appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, where the host asked, "Have you ever seen anybody confront Rick Ross about you?"
"Not in person, no", Freeway replied. "Anytime I'm around he disappears."
Freeway said he thinks it's "crazy" that Rick Ross seemingly took his name and never asked for permission. "How would you take my name and not have the decency to ask me?" he said. "You should have asked."
Freeway took his issues to court, suing the rapper in 2010, though he ultimately lost on a technicality.
"I didn't care about the name like that, I just felt that it was so disrespectful that he didn't come out and ask me, or he didn't show any consideration or pay any homage to the fact that he actually took my name,” Freeway added.
