Following the runaway success of Skrilla song "Doot Doot (6 7)," the Philadelphia rapper claims it'll be featured on Grand Theft Auto VI.

The track dropped last year but only recently went viral, with '6 7' becoming a Gen Z meme, although it doesn't have a specific meaning. The "Doot Doot" rapper was a guest on the Saturday (Oct. 11) episode of Matt and Shane's Secret Podcast where he spoke about the song and alleged that it will be featured on the long-awaited GTA VI, which releases May 26, 2026. The game was originally expected to drop this year but, sadly, was pushed back.

"I'm waiting for GTA 6 to come out," said Skrilla. "And they gonna have ‘6 7’ on there, too. ... Definitely going to be me and my own person on there playing my own music."

The GTA franchise is known for its legendary in-game radio stations that players can listen to whether they're on missions or just cruising. With GTA VI being set in 'Leonida,' a fictional version of Miami, Florida, we're sure to also hear some Dirty South rap anthems.

The upcoming Rockstar Games project follows Bonnie and Clyde-based criminal protagonists Lucia (GTA's first leading female character) and Jason as they navigate the current-day Vice City.
