ASAP Rocky says he’s “glowing” thanks to his newly minted status as a full-fledged “girl dad.”

As fans are aware, Rocky and Rihanna welcomed their third child together, and first daughter, in September. When asked about Rocki Irish Mayers during a quick interview with Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards on Nov. 3, the Don’t Be Dumb artist couldn’t help but smile.

“Yo, being a girl dad is amazing,” Rocky said. “I mean, check me out. I’m glowing.”

Rihanna joined her partner on the red carpet for the New York City ceremony, which saw Rocky being honored with this year’s Fashion Icon award presented by Anna Wintour.

In a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight, Rocky reflected on the personal importance of taking home the same award Rihanna previously won 11 years ago, noting that 11 is his lucky number. He also gave RiRi all the credit for their children’s own fashion-forward moments.

Asked about Rocki, he called his and Rihanna’s daughter his “baby twin” while reiterating the happiness brought on by being a father.

“Rocki is cuter than ever,” Rocky, who also tucked in shoutouts to their two sons, RZA and Riot, said. “She’s my baby twin, so it’s amazing. I’m happy to be a girl dad at this point.”

Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, Sara Moonves, and Jerry Lorenzo were among the additional honorees at this year’s CFDA Fashion Awards. In a red carpet chat with the Associated Press on Monday, Rocky gave some insight into how he manages to routinely turn heads with his natural approach to fashion expertise.

“Most of the time, my outfits choose me,” Rocky said. “Getting dressed every day is all based upon a feeling. Fashion is a sense, and my fashion sense, it depends on just how I’m feeling that day. It’s really contingent on how you feel. For me at least, I like to express myself with my clothes or my wardrobe.”
