Former President George W. Bush, who Kanye West once said doesn't care about black people, had the greatest reaction ever when asked about 'Ye running for the office.
TMZ caught up with Bush in D.C. on Thursday night and asked him about Kanye's chances in 2020, to which Bush paused, and then let out a loud laugh for the cameras. Pretty sure Kanye doesn't have George W.'s vote locked up right now, but in fairness to him, he's got a few years to change his mind.
