Claudia Jordan isn’t holding back when it comes to her latest criticism of Dame Dash.
The 52-year-old actress used a recent Instagram Live session to accuse the Roc-A-Fella co-founder of misrepresenting the background of his fiancée, Raquel Horn.
Jordan said Dash has been quick to accuse others of being “culture vultures” and not authentic about their place in Black culture, but claimed he isn’t practicing the same honesty at home.
“You talk so much s**t about people being culture vultures, stealing from the culture, and not down with Black people,” she said. “And all the while, you parade a woman around that is a white woman. And you’re pretending that she’s Puerto Rican.”
Jordan clarified she had no issue with interracial relationships, but took aim at what she called Dash’s hypocrisy. “Not that there’s anything wrong with dating a white woman, or a Puerto Rican woman. But you go out of your way to pretend that she’s not what she is,” she continued. “I think that’s super whack. But that just shows your character.”
Her comments come as Horn, a creative director, photographer, and author of the children’s book Dusko Goes to Space, faces her own legal setbacks.
A federal judge recently ordered her to sell her ownership stakes in Dash’s businesses — including The Dash Group, streaming platform America Nu, and CEOByDash — to help cover Dash’s mounting debts. Horn has been a key player in those ventures while also raising their son, Dusko.
Jordan also spoke about her own experience working with Dash on the 2019 film Dear Frank. She said she initially thought he might have been misunderstood but claimed her experience on set told a different story: “I felt bad for you when we were filming, because I thought maybe he got a raw deal. Maybe he is the victim that he claims to be. But I see now, from working with you one time and NEVER AGAIN, that all your failures are your own doing.”
The back-and-forth adds another layer to a feud that has recently escalated. Earlier this month, Jordan accused Dash of inappropriate behavior on set, prompting Dash to threaten to take her to court in response.
