Rumors that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's relationship is in trouble hit the internet running on Tuesday, June 10.
"It’s over,” one source told Page Six. “They are waiting till her tour is over before they split."
"They have been spending more and more time apart," a source told Us Weekly. "They’ve grown apart and aren’t living the same lives anymore."
"It’s an unspoken thing that they are having issues and have for a while now. Everyone around them knows," another source told Us Weekly.
While neither Perry nor Bloom has confirmed or denied the rumors surrounding their relationship, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor did seem to allude to them while on the June 10 episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Bloom showed up for his interview with his dog Biggie, telling Fallon and the audience that the pup is his "emotional support animal."
"Because I’m very emotional right now," he added, seemingly alluding to the rumors.
Perry and Bloom met in 2016 at a Golden Globes afterparty. The Lord of the Rings actor proposed to the singer on Valentine’s Day in 2019, but the two never tied the knot. In 2020, the couple welcomed their daughter, Daisy.
Perry has been in the news recently following her time in space on board Blue Origin in April. She received a great deal of backlash for comments she made about the experience, which may or may not have caused her some stress.
Meanwhile, People magazine reported that Perry's recent album didn't do as well as she'd hoped, and that may have caused tension in her marriage.
