Nineteen-year-old Ava Reyes is speaking out about the toll of online fame, offering a rare look inside the pressures of life at one of social media’s most watched content houses.

Reyes, a top earner in the Bop House, says the non-stop push for viral content has taken a serious emotional toll.

"People see the outfits and the photos and think it’s easy," she said in an interview with The Blast. "But I’ve had days where I couldn’t get out of bed. I’ve had panic attacks before live streams. It’s not all glam."

Originally a Hooters waitress, Reyes moved into the Miami-based Bop House earlier this year and quickly rose in popularity.

Her audience has more than doubled since joining, and she now ranks second in the house’s earnings.

The mansion’s residents are ages 19 to 24.

But Reyes says the pace comes with personal cost. She recently reduced her filming schedule.

"I’m focusing on being real with my fans," she said. "There’s a lot of love here, but also a lot of pressure."

She plans to post more content about mental health, an issue she says is often ignored in influencer spaces.

"Views aren’t everything," she said. "I’d rather be healthy than viral."

The Bop House was founded by Sophie Rain, a self-described "virgin adult content creator."

The mansion, located in a Miami gated community, includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms and reportedly costs $75,000 a month to rent.

Despite the high expenses, the group brought in an estimated $15 million in one recent month.

Each woman brings a distinct style and voice, contributing to what has become one of the internet’s highest-grossing creator hubs.

"A lot of people think there is constant competition, but we know how strong we are as a group," Rain said. "We work better as a team and our income very much reflects that!"

Despite internet rumors about infighting, Reyes says things are calm inside the house.

"A lot of fans, and haters want to say that we are always fighting with other members," she said. "We are big chilling! Everyone is doing amazing."

Reyes says she’s learning to set limits and stay grounded.

"It’s a lot for a 19-year-old," she said. "But I’m learning when to say no."
