Sophie Rain said this week that one of her subscribers sent her more than $5 million.
She made the claim in a post on X on Thursday, responding to a user asking about the backstory of her pinned post.
"My top spender sent me over $5 million dollars," Rain wrote.
Her post quickly drew thousands of reactions and over 140,000 views within hours. Many of the replies ranged from playful to skeptical.
One user commented, “Whoever he is, hope he knows he’s genuinely making someone’s dreams come true. That’s kinda beautiful in its own wild way.”
Other commenters questioned the scale of the number. “$5M?? At this point you’re not an influencer you’re running a one-woman sovereign wealth fund.”
Another user asked, “Good Lord, how do we find top spenders like that?!”
Some replies brought religious or moral angles into the mix.
One user penned, “If you feel it should have been you, even for a nanosecond, then you need to check your heart. Nobody should admire dirty free money.”
Others reacted more cynically. “Probably your biggest Virgin spender thinking he's got a chance with you lol,” wrote Reece.
Another, Jakob, said, "You got me twice already on that bs."
Rain, 21, has previously shared earnings suggesting she has made over $95 million across two years.
She has also discussed her past working low-wage jobs and said her income now supports her family.
She has not identified the $5 million supporter.
Earlier this year, Rain shut down beef with fellow OnlyFans star Annie Knight.
“Annie Knight is irrelevant, delusional, and projecting,” Rain told The Blast exclusively.
“She commodified her own humiliation and now wants to rewrite the rules for everyone else. My earnings are real, and my clothes stayed on.”
“Everyone just assumes we do porn,” Rain said. “But we’re not doing what Bonnie Blue is doing. We’re not selling sex. We’re building something different, with morals.”
