Watch IShowSpeed Crash Out Over Latest 'GTA VI' Delay: 'I'ma Be F*cking 50 When This Sh*t Come Out'

The next installment of the popular video game series has been pushed back to November, 2026.

iShowSpeed is not happy about the news that Grand Theft Auto VI has been pushed back once again.

On Thursday (November 6), Rockstar Games announced that the release date for the latest installment of the hugely popular video game series has been pushed back to November 19, 2026.

"We are sorry for adding additional time to what we realize has been a long wait, but these extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve," Rockstar Games said in a statement on X.

Speed found out the game will now come out six months later than previously stated while on his YouTube stream. So overcome with emotions, he could not even finish reading the statement. "It's not coming out," he repeatedly said, with increasing levels of frustration.

"I'ma be fucking 50 when this shit come out, bruh," Speed said (around the 1:26:30 mark in the video above). "I'ma have kids. I'ma have a wife. I'ma be married."

"I'ma have a pet dog. I'ma have a cat," he continued. "I'ma be a whole new man when this shit come out."

This is the second time that Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed, according to Polygon. The open world game was originally expected to be released in the fall of this year, but Rockstar Games announced in May that it would come out on May 26, 2026.

Even though that release date is still six months away, the video game developer clearly believed it needed a few "extra months."

"In this instance, of course, we're seeking to release the most extraordinary title anyone’s ever seen in the history of entertainment," Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Rockstar Games parent company Take-Two Interactive, told Variety, prior to the latest delay. "That's a tall order. And in this instance, Rockstar Games believes a limited amount of additional time is required for polish to support that view."

Grand Theft Auto VI has been in development for over a decade, as reported by Variety.
