With Thanksgiving in our rear view and Christmas right around the corner, our summer bodies won’t be recognizable when 2015 arrives. Between stuffing your face and trolling through social media on your days off, the gym is probably the last thing on your mind. Well snap out of it. Summer bodies are made in the winter. For those of you having a little trouble getting motivated, here are 12 California fitness enthusiasts who will make your binge-eating sessions a little less fun.

Shaun T

Shaun T became a household name in 2009 when he introduced his Insanity workout to the world. The Insanity Max Interval Training workout quickly lived up to its name, leaving brave participants in a puddle of sweat and/or tears. The trainer blended his love for dance into his other projects, resulting in Hip Hop Abs and Rockin’ Body. His profile provides a glimpse at the drill sergeant’s hustler personality while serving as a reminder to train insane.

Cassie Ho

Cassie has taken Pilates and made it her own. Aside from the classes that she teaches at Equinox West LA, Cassie has her own YouTube channel—Blogilates—dedicated to high-intensity interval training workouts. The Pilates pro shares a slew of clean eats on her ‘gram, but also lets the world know when she falls short and cheats with a YOLO meal. Guys, you’re not too manly to enjoy a good Pilates session or two. Besides, chicks will dig it.

Mankofit

Originally based out of New York, Massiel “Massy” Indhira Arias, otherwise known as Mankofit, recently made a coastal change. The Dominican beauty’s profile showcases her six-pack abs (that are probably tighter than yours). And in 15 seconds or less, she displays her strength, causing you to second-guess whether you really should have skipped the gym.

The Rock

This one’s a no brainer—you should follow him because he’s The Rock. Who better to motivate you to get in the gym than the former professional wrestler himself? If his 6’5” frame doesn’t push you, then I’m scared of you.

Neal Maddox

Followers: 47.5K

Location: San Jose, Calif.

The CrossFit athlete’s Instagram feed is actually pretty refreshing as far as fitness pages are concerned. It isn’t filled with a bunch of motivational quotes and doesn’t shame people who just can’t make it to the gym as much as they’d like to. Maddox’s page is a testament to the type of results that clean eating and consistency in your routine will get you.

Luke Rockhold

Instagram: @lukerockhold

Followers: 32.8K

Location: Santa Cruz, Calif.

For those of you who don’t like traditional methods of working out, it doesn’t hurt to follow this UFC fighter. Be prepared to see some pretty dope shots as he trains for his life inside the ring.

Jeanette Jenkins

Instagram: @msjeanettejenkins

Followers: 272K

Location: Hollywood, Calif.

A surge of positivity swarms over Jeanette Jenkins’ profile as she uplifts with colorful photos and motivating words. She’s considered “The Hollywood Trainer” and has whipped some of your favorite celebs into shape. No, this one isn’t just for the ladies. Jeanette sculpts men too. The fitness pro got E! reporter Terrence J ready for his shirtless scenes in Think Like A Man Too in just six weeks. It doesn’t hurt that she could definitely pass as Nicki Minaj’s doppelganger.

Dave Castro

Followers: 41.6K

Location: Santa Cruz, Calif.

There aretwo reasons why you should follow Dave Castro. He was a Navy SEAL and he is photographed in a shirt with Rozay himself. Clearly he means business.

Fly Wheel Sports

Followers: 16.3K

Location: Sunnyvale, Calif.

Fly Wheel Sports is transforming indoor cycling one city at a time. Their Instagram is pretty much brilliant without trying too hard. Sprinkle in some inspiring testimonies, add a dash of attractive people and a pinch of good photo composition, and you have double taps galore.

Tony Horton

Instagram: @tonyshorton

Followers: 52.5K

Location: Los Angeles

Trainer Tony Horton crafted P90X, another fitness fad that was not meant for the faint of heart. Take a look through the trainer’s IG to see teasers for his workouts through his YouTube channel. Horton adds humor to fitness, which sometimes can be no laughing matter.

Bob Harper

Instagram: @trainerbob

Followers: 154K

Bob Harper is the man. When he’s not busy doing it for the ’gram, Harper shares his CrossFit training with his 150K+ followers.

Gunnar Peterson

Followers: 61.3K

Location: Beverly Hills, Calif.

You’ve probably drooled over Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, and J.Lo’s bodies at least three times a day, so the least you could do is follow the person who has had a helping hand in that. Face it—you owe him one for sculpting your #WCW.
