From sneakers inspired by weed to some of the latest Air Jordan collabs from notable collaborators like Aleali May and A Ma Maniére, there are plenty of sneakers to choose from this week.
Things kick off on 4/20 with the release of the “Towelie” South Park x Adidas Campus 80s. On Wednesday, LeBron James’ latest Air Max 95 hits select retailers along with the highly-anticipated “Raised by Women” A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3. Aleali May’s “Califia” Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT and the BBC x Adidas x Reebok Instapump Fury Boost “Earth and Water” pack are dropping this Thursday. Friday features the “Hawaii” Nike SB Dunk High Pro, Brain Dead x Reebok Zig Kinetica 2, Eric Emanuel x Adidas Forum High, and Cardi B’s latest collection with Reebok. Things wrap up on Saturday with the “42” Air Griffey Max 1, “Legend Blue” Air Jordan 11 Low, and “Bright Blue” Adidas Yeezy Boost 700.

South Park x Adidas Campus 80s 'Towelie'

What You Need to Know: Adidas is taking a clever approach to celebrate 4/20 this year. It collabborated with South Park to create a pair of Campus 80s inspired by fan-favorite character, Towelie. The Campus 80 resembles Towelie with a light purple terry fabric upper and white accents. Details include stash pockets on each inner tongue accompanied by some of the character’s catchphrases and a Towelie keychain. Arguably the best detail is the set of Towelie eyes on each tongue that turn red when exposed to UV light.
Nike Air Max 95 'LeBron James'

What You Need to Know: LeBron James is getting another special colorway of the Air Max 95s bearing his logo. The mismatched pair features a yellow left shoe and purple right shoe to represent LeBron’s current team, the Los Angeles Lakers. LeBron’s “LJ” logo is present on each tongue and a list of some of his biggest career accolades can be seen on the outsole.
A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3 'Raised by Women'

What You Need to Know: After a slight delay, A Ma Maniére’s Air Jordan 3 collaboration is finally dropping on Wednesday. The pair is inspired by the 3 being the first Air Jordan sneaker that AMM owner James Whitner’s mother bought him as a kid. It features a white leather upper, grey suede overlays, cream detailing, “Nike Air” branding on each heel tab, AMM logos on each tongue, a quilted liner, and purpe hit on the heel portion of the midsole.
Billionaire Boys Club x Adidas x Reebok Instapump Fury Boost

What You Need to Know: Billionaire Boys Club continues its collaborative relatonship with Reebok. This time, the brands come together, along with Adidas, for two colorways of the Instapump Fury Boost. Dubbed the “Earth and Water” pack, each color scheme is made to represent each element, respectively. Each features Cordura uppers, BBC logos on each Pump button, and Boost midsoles, gum bottoms, galaxy print on each insole, and a rubber spaceship keychain.
Aleali May x Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 'Califia'

What You Need to Know: Aleali May’s latest Jordan Brand collab is the “Califia” Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT. The colorway is inspired by her high school where she was a member of the drill team. Varsity jacket-esque details include a cream chenille Wings logo and green satin ankle collar that accent the royal blue and green upper. May’s signature is also stamped on each heel.
Nike SB Dunk High Pro 'Hawaii'

What You Need to Know: Nike SB has also taken an interesting approach to its annual 4/20 launch. The “Hawaii” SB Dunk High, likely a nod to the Maui Wowie strand of marijuana is dressed in a traditional Hawaiian floral pattern with cream hemp panels used for the Swoosh and tongue. The upper can be worn away over time (or cut) to reveal a palm tree pattern and green suede details. Hidden stash pockets complete the weed-themed colorway.
Brain Dead x Reebok Zig Kinetica 2

What You Need to Know: Brain Dead and Reebok are collaborating once again. This time, the two brands come together for two colorways of the Zig Kinetica 2 that make up the “Zigman vs. The Spacecraft” pack. Each is inspired by Japanese Kaiju Vinyl Toys with the lighter option representing the superhero, Zigman, and the earth-toned pair designed to match his extraterrestrial foes.

Eric Emanuel x Adidas Forum High 'McDonald's All-American Game'
Price: $140

What You Need to Know: Eric Emanuel has designed a Forum High inspired by the iconic high school basketball showcase, the McDonald’s All-American Game. The high-top features a cream leather upper with red, yellow, and navy blue detailing inspired by the uniforms traditionally worn in the game. Finishing touches include McDonald’s All-American Game and Eric Emanuel logos printed on each lateral side panel, McDonald’s golden arches on the medial toe area, and McDonald’s All-American Game tongue tags. This collab, along with matching apparel, was supposed to release in conjunction with the 2021 game itself, but instead was initially rolled out during the opening weekend of Emanuel’s new store in Soho following the game’s cancellation.
Cardi B x Reebok 'Summertime Fine' Collection

What You Need to Know: Cardi B is releasing another capsule collection with Reebok. Pairs of the OG Club C and her remixed Club C complete with a translucent platform sole will be up for grabs alongside matching apparel as part of the “Summertime Fine” collection. Lavender, Black/Red, Tan/Black, and white coorways will all be available.
Nike Air Griffey Max 1 '42'

What You Need to Know: This new colorway of Ken Griffey Jr.’s Griffey Max 1 celebrates the legacy of Jackie Robinson. Designed to coincide with Jackie Robinson Day, the pair features a black leather upper with white detailing. Griffey Jr.’s number 24 on the strap has also been flipped to read “42,” Robinson’s number. Each strap is also embossed with famous quotes from Robinson: “There’s not an American in this country free until every one of us is free,” and “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.”
Air Jordan 11 Low 'Legend Blue'

What You Need to Know: Air Jordan is releasing a low-top version of the “Legend Blue” Air Jordan 11. First debuted in 2014, the “Legend Blue” is almost identical to the “Columbia” 11s worn by Michael Jordan during the 1996 NBA All-Star Game. Collectors will have another opportunity to own the iconic colorway, albeit with a lower cut than the OG, this weekend.
Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 'Bright Blue'

What You Need to Know: The Yeezy Boost 700 drops this week in one of its brightest colorways yet. The “Bright Blue” 700 sports a royal blue upper and sits atop a bright orange midsole.
