Camilla Araújo has revealed that she once received a DM from an NFL player — but it turns out, he was married.
In an interview with Mami Tiff for Complex News, the social media influencer and OnlyFans content creator talked about sliding into Kehlani’s DMs with an offer to kiss her before she was asked about the "craziest" DMs she’s ever received.
"Oh God," she said around the 6:45-minute mark of the interview, which can be seen below. "When I first ever blew up, I had this [New York] Giants player… who was married and had kids and was just chatting up with me. And when I talked about it on social media, he deleted everything and blocked me. I was like, 'Don’t cheat on your wife.' What the hell is that?!"
She stopped short of saying who the player was or when it happened, but she maintained that she hasn’t received many crazy DMs outside of that, although she did get one from one of her favorite artists.
"I’ve messaged with a couple of celebrities, but it wasn’t crazy," she said. "It was just like, 'Hey, appreciate your content. … Actually, my biggest heartfelt DM was — Lana Del Rey followed me. I’m a huge fan. I think she just seems like a pure soul.
"So I messaged her, and I was like, 'Hi, I just want to give you your flowers and let you know you’ve inspired me in so many ways. Like, I truly adore you.' And then she sent me this long, beautiful message being like, 'Hey, I want to send you your flowers as well… I love how boss bitch you are, and you’re incredible.' And that was a moment for me. Like, I freaked out a little bit."
