Stefon Diggs Says His and Cardi B's Baby Will Arrive 'Real Soon'

At the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC, Diggs asked fans to wish him and Cardi luck.

Stefon Diggs has suggested that his and Cardi B’s first child together will be arriving “real soon.”

In an interview with Extra, as seen above, the New England Patriots wide receiver briefly spoke about his relationship with Cardi while attending the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC. When it was highlighted to him that ASAP Rocky was awarded the Style Icon Award, Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi said that Rocky is also a “new dad” because he recently welcomed his third child with Rihanna.

“Congratulations are in order for you as well,” she said.

“It’s supposed to happen real soon,” Diggs smiled in response. “So, wish us both luck.”

The couple went Instagram official in June this year, but they’ve been rumored to be dating since at least October 2024. They confirmed that their first child together was on the way in September. It’ll be Cardi’s fourth child, sharing three children with her ex-husband Offset, and Diggs’ third child.

Following the recent New England Patriots’ victory against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday (Nov. 2), Diggs was interviewed by reporters in the locker room and asked if there were “any special guests” in attendance.

“It was ‘aight,” Diggs smiled in response. “I think she was a little late, so I don’t know yet. I gotta do my homework. I gotta watch the tape on that one, so we’ll see.”

Cardi was in attendance at the game and was seen cheering on the Patriots with the team’s owner, Robert Kraft.

When Cardi confirmed her pregnancy in September during an interview with Gayle King for CBS Mornings, she indicated that she was thrilled with their relationship.

“I'm excited, I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong,” she said at the time. “Me and my man, we're very supportive of each other. We're like in the same space in our careers… I feel like we're really great and one of the best at what we do.”
