Content creator and comedian Mark Phillips needed a title to big himself up alongside Draymond Green and Sydney Colson in a new Kia commercial.
In the new ad, the professional basketball players respectively introduce themselves as a two-time WNBA champion and four-time NBA champion before the RDCWorld member calls himself a "two-time dodgeball champion."
Green and Colson laugh before the latter asks, "Is that pro? What's the qualifications?"
"Qualifications...You gotta be nice at dodgeball," Phillips replies.
He continues to say that he "personally" tried out for dodgeball before Colson jokes, "He's stuttering."
Phillips declares that he has reigned in L.A., Austin, and Atlanta, claiming three championship "wins."
The trio have more banter over Phillips' alleged "home games" and the pronunciation of Telluride (it's 'tell-yr-ride'), marking Green and Phillips' latest ad for the car company.
"We supposed to be shooting a Kia commercial why they so worried about my championships bro," Phillips tweeted.
"Cuz u just be talkin," Colson replied.
While Green hasn't jumped into the convo yet, the trio will soon release a podcast episode from the Telluride X-Pro, as seen below.
As for Phillips, the commercial shows why he made our 2024 Funniest People on the Internet Right Now roundup.
