In a tweet shared on Monday (Oct. 20), Nicki Minaj accused Gucci Mane's wife, Keyshia Ka'oir, of keeping the beloved Atlanta rapper "sedated."
“Gucci wife has been trying to be me for years,” she wrote, shortly after Guwop sat down for an interview on The Breakfast Club alongside his wife. “Been dying for the spotlight for years. She’s there to keep Gucci sedated. Gucci hates Debra Antney. They don’t want Deb around me. She’s around me now.” She’s referring here to Waka Flocka Flame’s mother, Debra Antney. She works as a talent manager, and previously served as a manager for both Gucci and Nicki.
In the same tweet, she also took aim at The Breakfast Club host Charlamagne, who recently declared the “Anaconda” rapper “Donkey of the Day.”
“Charlamane the fraud (Jay-Z friend & business associate) using iHeartRadio for these disgusting ploys against innocent families,” she continued. “He was around Wendy b4 her life went to hell. The buck stops here baby. Bookmark this tweet. Yall really do not understand who I really am. Bring it :) Let’s play. Yall wanted attention? Let’s do it.”
She concluded the post by asking the LAPD to provide evidence of her home being swatted four times, and asked for her record label, Republic Records, to “stand up” for her.
In Guwop and Keyshia’s recent Breakfast Club interview, the couple got candid about his mental health struggles, which he breaks down in his new memoir, Episodes. The rapper, who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, has received a lot of support from his wife, who also said that she offered him $1 million to not do his Verzuz battle with former rival Jeezy.
“I take his apps off his phone,” she said in the interview, breaking down how she helps with her husband’s schizophrenic episodes. “First thing I do, I delete Instagram. I delete everything. Even if I got to change his password, I'm changing it because I don't need the public to know he's having an episode. You realize you'd never know about any other episode since Sept. 13 because I control that. You're not going on Instagram, you're not going on Twitter, it's deleted. I just control everything at home.”
Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj blamed Jay-Z for her decision to cancel her teased 2026 album. “Ok I’m not going to put out the album anymore,” Nicki wrote. “No more music. Hope you’re happy now [Jay-Z].”
