The social media influencer who Stefon Diggs sued for defamation has fired back with a countersuit about the football star's alleged sexual misconduct.
In Chris Blake Griffith’s new lawsuit, the influencer and clothing designer alleges that on May 21, 2023, Diggs offered him “candy” that he believed to be drugs. Griffith alleges that after eating the substance, his “pupils became extremely dilated, to the point that he could not see the color of his irises,” his “skin began to tingle to the touch,” and he “found it difficult to form words into complete sentences.”
After allegedly feeling disorientated as if he’d been drugged, Griffith says that he and Diggs went to the NFL player’s home, where he exposed his penis and began to masturbate while they were still in the car.
Griffith claims that Diggs motioned for the influencer to touch his penis, but he declined, telling Diggs to put his penis away before exiting the vehicle and walking towards the football player’s door.
On the way to the door, Griffith says that Diggs gripped his shoulder, pulled him closer, and tried to kiss him in the mouth. The stylist says he avoided the attempt, causing Diggs to put his tongue in Griffith’s ear and whisper to come to his room.
Upon entering the house, according to the complaint, Griffith ran to the bathroom to plan his way of escape. When he walked out of the bathroom, the stylist alleges that two women and Diggs’ younger brother, Darez, confronted and threatened him not to talk about what happened — instead suggesting he say he stole items from Diggs’ home.
After allegedly being forced into a vehicle and dropped off at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Griffith found a way to make it back to Los Angeles. Then a week later, he claimed that he was attacked inside of his own apartment building by Darez and other associates of Diggs.
Griffith’s countersuit comes almost two months after Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit, alleging that Griffith made up an entire narrative about sexual assault for attention. In his lawsuit, Diggs claims they did briefly cross paths in 2023 and ended up at his house with other guests. After claiming their night ended uneventfully, Diggs alleged that Griffith came back two years later to post about their interactions from a fictional and damaging perspective.
Diggs accused Griffith of knowingly spreading false information “for clout and attention,” and he’s seeking damages as well as attorneys’ fees.
